Values shown are estimates aggregated from third-party sources and can be inaccurate, delayed or out of date. They are for information only — not financial advice, and not an offer to buy or sell. Do your own research before buying, selling or trading. We aren’t responsible for decisions made from values in the app.
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Don’t impersonate others or use an account that isn’t yours.
Be decent. Don’t harass, threaten or abuse others; don’t post unlawful, hateful or infringing content; don’t try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service; don’t use it for anything illegal. Messages that violate this may be blocked and abusive accounts suspended or removed.
Cimela can help you find and talk to other collectors, but any trade you arrange is entirely between you and the other person. We’re not a party to it, don’t verify cards or identities, and aren’t responsible for the outcome. Trade safely.
You keep ownership of the collection data and notes you add, and grant us permission to store and display them as needed to run the features you use (syncing, friends, public collections).
Cimela is provided “as is,” without warranties. We don’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that data (including prices and backups) will never be lost. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the app.
If we offer paid features, purchases are handled by the App Store under Apple’s terms; any subscription terms are shown at purchase.
We may update these terms or change or discontinue features; we’ll update the date above. You can stop using Cimela and delete your account at any time.
